1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Aurelis IQ website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Service Description — Lender Marketplace

Aurelis IQ is a lead generation platform operating a loan marketplace. We are NOT a lender, loan broker, or financial advisor, and we do not ourselves make loans or lending decisions. We connect consumers with third-party lending partners who may offer loan products. We do not guarantee that you will receive a loan offer.

We market our services exclusively through direct email; we do not run social media advertising campaigns.

3. How Our Service Works

1. You submit your information through our loan-matching form on aurelisiq.com.
2. By submitting the form, you authorize us to share that information — and to permit our lending partners to verify it, including through consumer reports where applicable — with one or more lenders and lending partners in our network.
3. Lenders and lending partners independently evaluate your submission under their own underwriting criteria and may contact you directly regarding loan offers.
4. Aurelis IQ does not participate in, control, or guarantee the outcome of any lender's offer, approval, or loan terms.

4. Eligibility

Our services are intended solely for individuals 18 years of age or older. You must be:

• At least 18 years of age
• A resident of a state where our services are available
• Providing accurate and truthful information

5. Information Accuracy

You represent that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of services and may violate applicable laws.

6. No Guarantee of Offers

Submission of your information does not guarantee that you will receive a loan offer. Lending decisions are made solely by third-party lending partners based on their own criteria. Aurelis IQ has no control over these decisions.

7. Consent to Contact, TCPA, and Data Sharing

By submitting your information through our loan-matching form, you consent to Aurelis IQ sharing the information you provided with third-party lending partners and service providers for the purpose of evaluating you for loan offers and related financial products. This may include the personal and financial details you entered on the form. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), this sharing may constitute a "sale" of personal information. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what is shared, with whom, and how to opt out.

TCPA Consent: By submitting the form, you expressly consent to be contacted by the specific lending partners named in your form submission, at the phone number and email address you provided, by phone, text message (including autodialed or prerecorded messages), and email regarding loan products. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may revoke consent at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Not a Consumer Reporting Agency; Credit Check Authorization

Aurelis IQ is NOT a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). The information we collect and share is not a "consumer report" under the FCRA. Our services are marketing and advertising in nature.

By submitting our loan-matching form, you authorize the lenders and lending partners we share your information with to review, verify, and confirm the information you provided, which may include obtaining a consumer report or otherwise checking your credit as part of their own underwriting process.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurelis IQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or any loan products offered by third-party lending partners.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

12. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action, class-wide arbitration, or any other representative proceeding. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. This arbitration agreement does not preclude you from bringing issues to the attention of federal, state, or local agencies, who may seek relief on your behalf.

13. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access our services without written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website or services
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our content without authorization

14. DMCA / Copyright

If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice to legal@aurelisiq.com with: (a) identification of the copyrighted work, (b) the URL of the infringing content, (c) your contact information, and (d) a statement under penalty of perjury that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aurelis IQ, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aurelis IQ regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
