1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Aurelis IQ website and services, including our developer application AurelisIQ Content Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Aurelis IQ is a lead generation platform. We are NOT a lender, loan broker, or financial advisor. We connect consumers with third-party lending partners who may offer loan products. We do not guarantee that you will receive a loan offer, and we do not make lending decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be:

• At least 18 years of age
• A resident of a state where our services are available
• Providing accurate and truthful information

4. Information Accuracy

You represent that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of services and may violate applicable laws.

5. No Guarantee of Offers

Submission of your information does not guarantee that you will receive a loan offer. Lending decisions are made solely by third-party lending partners based on their own criteria. Aurelis IQ has no control over these decisions.

6. Consent to Contact and Data Sharing

By submitting your information through our loan-matching form, you consent to Aurelis IQ sharing the information you provided with third-party lending partners and service providers for the purpose of evaluating you for loan offers and related financial products. This may include the personal and financial details you entered on the form. You also consent to being contacted by these partners regarding loan products via phone, email, or text message. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), this sharing may constitute a "sale" of personal information. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what is shared, with whom, and how to opt out.

7. Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

Aurelis IQ is NOT a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). The information we collect and share is not a "consumer report" under the FCRA. Our services are marketing and advertising in nature.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurelis IQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or any loan products offered by third-party lending partners.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

11. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action, class-wide arbitration, or any other representative proceeding. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. This arbitration agreement does not preclude you from bringing issues to the attention of federal, state, or local agencies, who may seek relief on your behalf.

12. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access our services without written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website or services
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our content without authorization

13. DMCA / Copyright

If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice to legal@aurelisiq.com with: (a) identification of the copyrighted work, (b) the URL of the infringing content, (c) your contact information, and (d) a statement under penalty of perjury that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aurelis IQ, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aurelis IQ regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

18. TikTok API Integration

We operate a TikTok developer application named AurelisIQ Content Studio (registered with TikTok for Developers). This application uses the TikTok Content Posting API solely to publish educational video content to our own AurelisIQ TikTok account. We do not use this integration to collect, process, or store personal data of TikTok users.
