Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Aurelis IQ operates a lead-generation service. When you submit our form, we share the personal information you provide with third-party lending partners so they can offer you loan products, and we receive consideration in connection with those referrals. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), this may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. This page explains how to opt out.

Your right to opt out

California residents (and residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws, including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and others) have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information. You can exercise this right at any time, and we will not discriminate against you for doing so.

How to opt out

Email us at hello@aurelisiq.com with the subject "Do Not Sell My Information." Include your full name and the email and/or phone number associated with your inquiry so we can verify your identity. We process verified opt-out requests within 15 business days, and other verified rights requests within 45 days (extendable to 90 days where permitted).

We also honor opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC), sent by your browser or a browser extension. When we detect a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information associated with that browser.

Sensitive personal information

Our form may collect sensitive personal information, such as your Social Security Number and financial account information. We use this information only to provide the loan-matching service you requested and to meet legal requirements — not for purposes that would trigger the right to limit its use. You may still contact us with any questions about how this information is handled.

Your other privacy rights

Authorized agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may ask the agent for proof that you gave them signed permission to act for you, and we may still ask you to verify your own identity directly with us.
