Credit Authorization

Aurelis IQ ("we," "us," or "our") is not a lender or a credit repair organization. We operate a lead-generation platform that connects consumers seeking personal or short-term loans with third-party lending partners and the service providers that help route your request. This Credit Authorization explains what you agree to when you submit your information, and works together with our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

What you're authorizing

By submitting your information through our form, you provide "written instructions" under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) authorizing Aurelis IQ, our lending partners, and their respective service providers and agents to obtain and use information about you — including a consumer report or credit information from one or more consumer reporting agencies — for the purpose of matching you with, and evaluating you for, loan products you may qualify for.

You also authorize us to share the information you submit (including your name, contact details, financial information, and, where you provide it, your Social Security Number) with lending partners so they can verify your identity and assess your eligibility. This authorization is voluntary, and you may choose not to provide your information — but we may then be unable to match you with a lending partner.

Soft inquiries vs. hard inquiries

Initial matching with lending partners typically uses a soft credit inquiry, which does not affect your credit score. A lender may perform a hard inquiry — which can affect your score — only after you choose to formally apply for a specific loan offer with that lender. Each lender's own disclosures will tell you when a hard inquiry occurs.

No guarantee

Submitting your information and providing this authorization does not guarantee that you will be matched with a lender or approved for any loan, or the amount, rate, or terms of any offer. All lending decisions are made solely by the third-party lenders.

Retention

We retain your information and the record of this authorization for as long as needed to provide our service and to meet legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping requirements, as described in our Privacy Policy.

How to revoke

You may withdraw this authorization at any time by emailing hello@aurelisiq.com. Revocation applies going forward only and does not affect any actions taken before your request was received.
