Aurelis IQ ("we," "us," or "our") operates a lead generation platform that connects consumers seeking personal loans with third-party lending partners, and a TikTok developer application named AurelisIQ Content Studio. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information.

Scope of this Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information you provide directly through the aurelisiq.com website, primarily via our loan-matching form. It does not apply to your activity on third-party platforms where we maintain a presence (including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook), where each platform's own privacy policy governs. We do not collect personal information about you through our social media presence unless you proactively click through to aurelisiq.com and submit information on our site.

When you submit our form, we collect:

4. How We Share Your Information

The information described in Section 2 is collected only when you voluntarily submit the loan-matching form on aurelisiq.com. We do not collect personal information from you when you watch, like, comment on, or follow our videos on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or any other social media platform. Your interactions on those platforms are governed by the respective platform's own privacy policy.

For users who submit our loan-matching form, we share the personal and financial information you provided with third-party lending partners and service providers so they can evaluate you for loan offers and related financial products. This includes the details you entered on the form, which may contain sensitive information. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), this type of sharing may constitute a "sale" of personal information, and you have the right to opt out (see Section 7). By submitting our form, you expressly consent to this sharing.

Your information may be shared with one or more lending partners, lead aggregators, or other service providers involved in connecting you with loan offers or related financial services.

5. Data Security

We protect your information using industry-standard security measures including:

  • TLS encryption for all data in transit
  • Secure cloud infrastructure (Microsoft Azure)

We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and fulfill it within 45 calendar days.

6a. Calls, Texts, and TCPA Consent

When you submit our form, you will be presented with a specific consent disclosure naming each lending partner we may share your information with. Your consent authorizes only those specifically named partners to contact you by phone, text, or autodialed message regarding loan products. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any text, following opt-out instructions in any email, or emailing us at privacy@aurelisiq.com. Revocation applies going forward and does not affect communications already in transit.

7. California Residents — CCPA/CPRA Rights

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

  • Right to Know: You may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
  • Right to Delete: You may request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. As described in Section 4, we share personal information with lending partners and lead purchasers. Under the CCPA/CPRA, this may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. To opt out, email privacy@aurelisiq.com.

8. State-Specific Privacy Rights

Residents of the following states have additional privacy rights under their respective laws:

  • Colorado (CPA): Right to opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal data, and profiling. Contact privacy@aurelisiq.com.
  • Virginia (VCDPA): Right to access, correct, delete, and opt out of sale of personal data and targeted advertising.
  • Connecticut (CTDPA): Right to access, correct, delete, and opt out of sale and targeted advertising.
  • Utah (UCPA): Right to access, delete, and opt out of sale of personal data and targeted advertising.
  • Texas (TDPSA): Right to access, correct, delete, and opt out of sale and profiling.
  • Oregon (OCPA): Right to access, correct, delete, and opt out of sale, targeted advertising, and profiling.

To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@aurelisiq.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by your state's law (typically 45 days). If we deny your request, you may appeal by emailing privacy@aurelisiq.com with "Appeal" in the subject line.

We use the TikTok Content Posting API through our registered developer application, AurelisIQ Content Studio, to publish our own educational videos to our AurelisIQ-owned TikTok account. This API access is used solely to author, schedule, and post our own content and to retrieve aggregate public performance metrics (views, completion rate, link-clicks) for our videos. We do not collect, store, or process personal data of TikTok users through this integration. Your interactions with our TikTok videos are governed by TikTok's own Privacy Policy. If you click a link from our TikTok content to aurelisiq.com, this Privacy Policy applies from that point forward.

12. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for up to 36 months unless a longer retention period is required by law. Consent records are retained for at least 5 years. You may request deletion at any time.

13. Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act Notice

As a company that processes financial information, we comply with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA). We maintain a written information security program to protect your nonpublic personal information. As described in Section 4, we share your information with third-party lending partners and lead purchasers as part of our core service. By submitting your information, you consent to this sharing as described in this policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
